Flange

Flange

Flanges play a pivotal role by ensuring secure, leak-proof connections between ductwork, pipes, and equipment such as air handlers and fans. Our flanges are made from mild steel, with holes punched according to the required PCD, then galvanised. These are commonly used as an interconnector between various products and/or applications and can be custom-made if required.

Vertical Discharge Unit

Vertical Discharge Unit

A vertical discharge unit is generally fitted to rooves to ensure that fumes are released into the air, this unit is designed to automatically close when the fan is not running. The vertical expulsion of air helps in avoiding the recirculation of air that could potentially draw in contaminated or unconditioned air into the system, ensuring a more effective control of the indoor air quality and thermal comfort. Our units are made from galvanised steel, and come in different sizes dependent on the fan size.

Flexible Connector

Flexible Connector

A flexible connector is identified by the flexible high or low temperature lining between flanges. These connectors are designed to absorb vibrations, compensate for thermal expansion or contraction, and accommodate minor misalignments between components. By mitigating the transmission of vibrations from equipment like fans and blowers to the duct system, flexible connectors significantly reduce noise levels and prevent the propagation of vibrations throughout the building structure.

Mounting Feet

Mounting Feet

Mounting feet are essential components designed to support and stabilise HVAC units, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment. These feet, are strategically placed under the equipment to provide a firm, level foundation. Beyond merely anchoring HVAC units, mounting feet play a critical role in damping vibrations and minimising noise transmission to the building structure.
